The guides, tips and examples on this site are general information. They aren’t legal, financial or other professional advice. For anything important, check with someone qualified.
If you use AI to write something for your business, check it first. Once you publish it, it’s your promise.
Prices
Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD), and they can change. The price that applies is the one shown when you pay, or the one in our written agreement.
Paid services have their own terms
- The Private 1:1 AI session. Its terms are on the session page. You see them before you pay.
- Website packages. We agree on what’s included, in writing, before we start work.
Our content
The words, designs and free guide on this site are ours. You’re welcome to use the guide in your own business, and to share the link with anyone. Please don’t post copies of them elsewhere, or sell them.
Links to other sites
Some links take you to other websites, like Stripe’s payment page. We don’t run those sites, so their own terms apply there.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, we’re not responsible for any loss that comes from using this site or what’s on it. For a paid service, the most we’re responsible for is what you paid for that service.
The law
These terms follow the laws of Alberta, and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.
